Marketing agents Leanne Smith and Paivi Dickie of @Realty said 60-64 Braddon St attracted strong interest from buyers. “It had a lot of interest — we had 22 groups through the property and two offers in the first week,” Ms Smith said. “It went on to sell within the week. It was a pretty fast sale.” Ms Smith said the new owners were a local family with their own business.
